Alice leads our schools sector, an architect passionate about education, working in the construction industry for over 22 years, with the last 17 in education. Designing and delivering many medium to large scale schools and further education facilities, both mainstream and SEND. She has a strong ability to process and interpret complex project issues and is highly skilled in managing the stakeholder engagement process and naturally leads interdisciplinary design teams. Alice was selected to be part of the Education Estates leaders’ network which is a community of experts who are passionate about delivering effective and inspiring environments for young people to thrive and achieve their full potential. She is also a technical advisor for a wide range of education facilities. This includes assessing the suitability of proposed sites on behalf of client such as the Department for Education, providing technical support throughout the various work stages, demonstrating a deep understanding of their requirements.
