CyrusOne needed a resilient, high-performance data centre in Slough, delivering 10,350 m² of technical space to support the UK’s growing digital demand.

We were appointed to manage the internal shell and core fit out, coordinating mechanical, electrical, civil, structural and architectural systems to support an 18MW IT load.

Clear coordination across a busy commercial estate

Our team kept communication clear and accountability tight across the developer, contractor and wider stakeholder group, working within the FIDIC Design and Build framework (2017 Edition). Within a live commercial estate, schedule discipline and quality checks were essential.

Through structured reporting, careful sequencing and proactive risk and change management, issues were resolved quickly and delivery stayed on track.

The project delivers 10,350 m² of high-performance technical space, fully integrated for resilience and efficiency. Office spaces were delivered to support on site teams, ensuring the facility is operational from day one.
