Mountpark Properties aimed to create a new benchmark for logistics space in Ireland, delivering a sustainable, future-ready hub for world-class occupiers.

We supported Mountpark across five key phases, providing project management, cost management and employer’s agent services. The site wasn’t simple. It bordered an active aerodrome and needed to balance phasing, pre lets and speculative builds, all delivered at pace.

Complex, multi-phase solutions

We oversaw enabling works that delivered the spine road and prepared the ground for the wider scheme. For Units A and B, including a 290,000 ft² pre-let for Home Store + More, we managed construction of high-quality warehouses, mezzanines, sprinklers, lighting, office space, parking and landscaping, supported by two new access bridges.

Units C and D followed, combining a 230,000 ft² pre-let with a full Cat B office fit out and a speculative warehouse, supported by site-wide preparation work. We coordinated site clearance, utilities, flood-defence measures and tenant enhancements, and enabled early access to support faster occupation.

Unit E – a 650,000 ft² facility for a global online retailer – introduced large ancillary areas and intensive operational needs. The final phase, Units F and G, completed the park with BREEAM Outstanding units featuring dock levellers, level-access doors, Cat A offices and new landscaping, giving tenants the flexibility they needed.

A state-of-the-art business park

The completed park spans more than 1.3 million ft² of premium logistics and office space. High quality fit outs, landscaped surroundings, new access routes and upgraded utilities were delivered on tight timelines, so tenants could move in smoothly and start operating without delay.

Careful planning and close teamwork kept delivery on track, while staff wellbeing was supported through landscaped trim trails and outdoor exercise areas.
