Amardeep is a health and safety leader with extensive experience in construction health, safety and risk management. As an associate partner at Ridge, he sits on the discipline senior leadership team and leads the Birmingham health and safety team, delivering CDM principal designer and advisory services across regeneration, life science, healthcare, and industrial and logistics programmes. Known for creating simple, scalable solutions to complex challenges, he embeds safety culture and drives performance improvements across interdisciplinary teams. Listed in Building Magazine's 40 Under 40 Future Leaders in 2025, Amardeep holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and is a chartered member of IOSH and CMaPS.
