Andrew is a chartered civil engineer with over 25 years' experience in design management, project management and project controls across private and public sector programmes, joining Ridge through the acquisition of Adept Management. He specialises in the twin disciplines of project controls and design programme management, offering both strategic advisory and hands-on delivery across infrastructure, built environment, aerospace, nuclear and oil and gas sectors. Andrew founded and led Adept Management, developing the ADePT methodology around which many of the practice's services are based. His technical expertise spans NEC contracts, Primavera, Asta Powerproject, project team facilitation and individual mentoring. Andrew is known for his forward-thinking, entrepreneurial approach and belief that careful design planning lies at the heart of successful project delivery.
