Ash is an associate partner in project management based in the Birmingham office, specialising in delivering light industrial and commercial schemes from inception through to completion. In recent years, he has moved into the advanced manufacturing sector and returned to the higher education sector. Ash’s standout project is the Interdisciplinary Biomedical Research Building at Warwick University, which featured some of Europe’s largest prefabricated RC panels and successfully met a late introduced DfMA challenge. His wider portfolio includes the National Football Centre in Burton on Trent and the Andretti Headquarters in Indianapolis. His approach is grounded in kindness, seeking to understand client ambitions while uniting curious, passionate teams around a shared purpose and clear direction. He recently achieved his MRICS chartership.
