Chris is a chartered transport planner with over 15 years' experience delivering transport and highways consultancy for private and public sector clients across a broad range of development sectors. He joined Ridge in 2019 to lead the transport planning business, bringing expertise across traffic impact assessments, transport assessments and travel plans, highways masterplanning and urban transport studies. Chris has extensive public inquiry experience, successfully overturning refused planning decisions on residential developments, and has worked with clients including Transport for London on technical transport studies. Chris is known for his tenacious, client-focused approach and ability to deliver successful outcomes on contested and complex schemes. Chris holds a MSc in transport planning and is a chartered member of the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation (CIHT).
