Dan is a survey fieldwork manager with over 15 years of experience. As national survey lead, he oversees all property consultancy fieldwork and manages a high‑performing team of more than 90 surveyors. He specialises in mobilising and delivering large-scale stock condition and energy performance survey programmes, with strong expertise in accuracy, compliance and operational efficiency. He leads seven fieldwork managers and senior surveyors across recruitment, training and performance, and is known for strengthening quality around Awaab’s Law, HHSRS risks and safeguarding. Dan has delivered some of Ridge's largest residential survey commissions, with over 75,000 surveys completed in 2025 and on track to exceed 90,000 in 2026. He takes a collaborative, solutions‑focused approach that supports clients and builds confident, capable teams.
