Dan has been at Ridge for over a decade, having grown from architectural technician to leading one of the firm's most innovative and rapidly expanding service areas. Beginning with traditional survey techniques, Dan embraced laser scanning technology early and built a specialist team around it, now operating across London, Oxford, Birmingham and Leeds. His team delivers measured building surveys, Scan to BIM, topographical surveys and more, utilising laser scanning, robotic total stations and GNSS receivers. Dan has been pivotal in establishing geospatial surveying as a core Ridge discipline, with further expansion planned in the coming years. Dan is known for his entrepreneurial drive and ability to build and develop high-performing specialist teams. Dan is a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT).
