David is a chartered surveyor with more than 45 years of experience, including over 35 years at Ridge. He is well-versed in a wide range of market sectors, with his involvement spanning initial feasibilities to the settling of accounts. He provides in-depth expertise in construction project audits, assurance and disputes, peer reviews, monitoring services and due diligence. He has supported projects in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, ranging in construction value from under £1 million to £4 billion. David is widely regarded as one of the most experienced figures in the industry. He holds a BSc (Hons) and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
