Elliot is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 30 years' experience providing specialist pre- and post-contract cost and project management support across multiple sectors. He specialises in procurement strategy development and establishing delivery models for complex infrastructure programmes, with a strong track record of leading large commercial and project management teams on high-value schemes. Elliot has delivered for major clients including Network Rail, Luton Airport, the MOD, the Environment Agency and HS2 Ltd. Elliot is known for his authoritative, structured approach and ability to bring clarity and commercial rigour to the most complex infrastructure programmes. Elliot is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
