Fiona has extensive experience leading the design and delivery of projects across the life sciences, technology, commercial and education sectors. Her work shapes the future of research, innovation and inclusive learning environments, with a particular focus on science-led campuses and SEN schools. Fiona’s portfolio spans masterplanning, research facilities, laboratories and specialist education buildings, consistently underpinned by a research-led, people-centred approach to design.Beyond project delivery, Fiona is passionate about social value and how architects can embed it within both project process and design, including through her work on the Article 25 NextGen Board. She is committed to “democratising science” by making specialist environments inclusive, accessible and rooted in the needs of their communities
