Grant is a chartered building surveyor (MRICS) and Certified member of the Association of project Safety (CMAPS) with 28 years’ experience. Grant is an expert in building surveying, design, health and safety and project management. He has built up a wide range of experience across several sectors, including manufacturing, education and housing.  His specialism includes technical due diligence surveys and advice on hotels, student accommodation and partially completed developments.
