Hannah is a chartered fellow project manager with over 15 years' experience delivering complex construction projects for private developers, local authorities and registered providers across the full project lifecycle. She specialises in project management and contract administration for high-value mixed-use, residential and commercial office schemes, with particular expertise in stakeholder management, procurement strategy and employer's agent roles. Key projects include the £2bn Smithfield regeneration in Birmingham city centre on which Hannah is lead project manager across several plots, the £55M Aston University mixed-use commercial development, the £45M Guild Living luxury later-living scheme in Bath city centre, and the £65M Elysian Residences later-living development. Hannah is known for her proactive, client-focused approach and ability to manage complex stakeholder environments with clarity and confidence. Hannah holds FRICS status and an MSc in construction project management.
