He supports clients from project inception to completion, advising on procurement strategy, contractual matters and robust cost management across a wide range of development types. His sector experience covers residential, prime residential, commercial, light‑industrial, education and retail in both public and private markets. His expertise includes feasibility estimating, detailed cost planning, value engineering, grant funding support, cash‑flow forecasting, cost monitoring and life‑cycle costing. He has delivered projects through single‑stage, two‑stage, negotiated and hybrid procurement routes, and is fully conversant with JCT forms including traditional, Design & Build and management contracts.
