He joined Ridge as a junior engineer and now oversees day‑to‑day operations, strategic planning, resource allocation and fee forecasting for one of the Oxford building services teams. James has worked across nearly all major sectors and has built a strong reputation for providing decisive technical leadership in complex, interdisciplinary environments. Known for his enthusiasm and hands‑on approach, he bridges design intent and real‑world delivery to ensure systems perform as intended. He holds a BEng (Hons).
