James is a chartered civil and structural engineer with over 20 years' experience delivering a wide range of structural and civil design projects across London and the South East. He has significant expertise across high and low-rise residential, commercial and industrial sectors, with a more recent focus on non-traditional construction, high-rise buildings and large panel systems. James has worked on multi-phase residential developments, fire stations, commercial hubs and world-renowned stadiums, bringing strong design management capability and commercial awareness to every project. James is known for his clarity of communication and ability to unlock value at every design stage, from concept through to completion. James holds a BEng (Hons), MSc and CEng MICE qualifications
