He advises both landlords and tenants on strategy, liability, and negotiation whether at lease end or during occupancy. His work includes preparing and responding to schedules of dilapidations, assessing risk and quantum, and supporting clients in reaching fair, commercially sound settlements. In addition to his dilapidation’s expertise, John leads on building surveys, technical due diligence, and project consultancy – from acquisition through to post-occupancy.
