Jonathan is an experienced health and safety leader at Ridge, with over 25 years specialising in CDM, construction safety and major project risk management across public and private sectors. He has directed large interdisciplinary safety teams on projects ranging from small refurbishments to multi-billion-pound infrastructure and heritage programmes. His work spans complex live operational environments, including hospitals, higher education estates, defence infrastructure, heritage assets, transport hubs and major civic buildings. Jonathan is a recognised specialist in digital design-risk management, integrating BIM-enabled safety information and structured risk processes into design and delivery workflows. Jonathan is known for his pragmatic, solutions-led approach, bringing clarity and technical rigour to even the most complex schemes. Jonathan is a Fellow of the APS (FMAPS) and IIRSM (FIIRSM), a chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH), APS Technical Advisory Panel member, and holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil engineering.
