Keith is an RICS certified expert witness with extensive experience in defect diagnoses and contract administration associated with modern and historic construction techniques and JCT contracts. He has led complex projects as lead designer and contract administrator, managing multi‑disciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver projects to the required high standards. As employer’s agent, he brings an advanced understanding of construction principles and building pathology on details at design stage and during construction, to mitigate the likelihood of poor design and latent defects. Keith is a resourceful team leader who strives to bring out the best in the team, ensuring high performance even under challenging circumstances. He is an RICS APC Assessor and holds a BSc (Hons).
