She holds a first-class honours degree in fire risk engineering and has extensive experience in strategic fire safety oversight, innovative design integration and compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Kelly has managed fire and building safety at UPP and now leads fire safety delivery at Ridge, partnering with stakeholders to navigate complex safety challenges and achieve exemplary outcomes.
