Lauren is a specialist in socio-economic impact, social value policy and ESG, leading Ridge's social value function nationally. She supports public and private sector clients across regeneration, housing and infrastructure, designing and embedding commercially aligned social value that strengthens bids, unlocks planning consent and enhances long-term asset performance. Before Ridge, Lauren spearheaded social value integration at Westminster City Council and held economic development roles across London boroughs, including Brent and Croydon. She holds a BSc in geography and business management, a Diploma in ESG, is a member of the Corporate Governance institute, and serves as an advisory board member for BPIC.
