Liz is a chartered architect with over 15 years' experience leading complex, technically demanding projects across life science, physical science, laboratory and R&D facilities, as well as nearly all other sectors. She specialises in strategic briefing and masterplanning, translating client visions into creative, viable and deliverable design briefs, and leads a team of 25 designers within Ridge's AJ100-recognised architecture practice. Liz is known for selecting and developing high-performing teams to deliver human-centred, beautifully finished designs, and is a passionate advocate for gender equality in the construction industry. She is currently enrolled as an RIBA examiner for architecture chartership. Liz is known for her creative rigour, strategic thinking and ability to unlock the potential in every brief she takes on. Liz is a Member of both RIBA and ARB.
