Luke is an associate partner in cost management, a member of the Birmingham senior leadership team and the national lead for the industrial and logistics sector at Ridge. With over a decade of experience, he has delivered more than 7.5 million ft² of industrial and logistics space, representing over £650 million in construction value. Acting as project manager, employer's agent, cost consultant and fund monitor, Luke has led flagship projects for clients including Amazon, Nestlé Waters, Mountpark and Prologis. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and an RICS Accredited Mediator.
