Mark is a chartered engineer and Fellow of both the IET and CIBSE, with over 35 years’ experience delivering complex engineering solutions across healthcare, defence, and public sector estates. He brings a strategic mindset and deep technical expertise to his role as partner at Ridge. Mark is part of the Ridge’s Plymouth office leadership team, where he plays a pivotal role in regional leadership, client engagement, and team development. His career spans consultancy, contracting, and business ownership, giving him a unique perspective on project delivery, operational leadership, and business growth. He has successfully led high-value programmes for NHS Trusts and defence clients, including major HV infrastructure upgrades and estate transformation initiatives.
