Matthew is a transport planning specialist with over 30 years’ experience supporting development projects across the UK. He leads the transport planning teams in Bristol, Cardiff and Plymouth, whilst acting as the focal point for clients across all planning‑stage technical services including drainage, utilities, flood risk and geotechnical investigations. Matthew has extensive experience in unlocking sites with significant constraints and is frequently called upon at pre‑purchase or pre‑promotion stage to give clients early clarity and certainty. A real team player, he brings extensive experience across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through to public inquiries, implementation and disposal. He is a chartered transport planner with a Postgraduate Diploma in Urban Design – MCIHT, MCILT, PG Dip (Urban Design).
