Michael is an internationally experienced professional with over 20 years of Commercial and project management experience predominantly spanning high-value complex projects and programmes featuring multiple phases, sites and stakeholders. Based in Ridge’s Newcastle office, Michael specialises in providing Procurement Strategy and Contract Advisory services to clients across the UK and establishing Contract management teams to suit deployed Contracting strategies. Michael is a member of the chartered institute of Building (CIOB) and the Association for project management (APM).
