Neil leads the technology function at Ridge, delivering IT and technical infrastructure alongside functional transformation that supports our growth, innovation, and client service. Neil takes a holistic view of our technology systems and processes, leading on transformational change, data and analytics, and project management. Neil also chairs our technology and process board internally owning both technology strategy and roadmap for the business. Neil has a rich career history with over 15 years’ experience in IT. He holds a first-class degree in computer science and a doctorate in quantum computing. Prior to joining Ridge, Neil has worked in many corporate organisations and consultancies across the UK and Europe leading IT delivery and strategy.
