Nick is a highly respected leader with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, delivering professional and project services across both public and private sectors. His expertise spans building surveying, party wall matters, dilapidations, and expert witness work. Graduating from South Bank University in 1996, Nick became a member of the Royal Institution of chartered surveyors in 1999. He is also a chartered Building engineer and an accredited Expert Witness under the Cardiff University scheme. Nick holds memberships with the Pyramus and Thisbe Club and the Dilapidations Association, reflecting his deep knowledge of party wall legislation and landlord-tenant issues. Nick is committed to safety and operational excellence, holding Level 1 Working at Height and Rescue Plan training. He plays a key role in shaping strategic direction as part of the Ridge LPS Strategy Group.
