Nicky is responsible for the experience and development of our people, attracting the best talent to Ridge, embedding diversity, inclusion and wellbeing, and providing a first-class people function that supports careers at Ridge. Nicky brings 30 years of experience in HR, delivering transformational change and people strategies for businesses including KPMG, National Highways and RSM. Nicky has also held a client-facing role in KPMG’s people and change consulting business.
