Paul is a chartered engineer with nearly 30 years’ experience in design management, project controls, risk management and planning. He was a founder of Adept Management, which was acquired by Ridge in 2025. His portfolio spans building, civil engineering and utilities projects, and has extensive experience helping clients establish robust PMO systems and procedures. Since 2014, Paul has supported clients, contractors and engineers across the rail, highways and power sectors. He has contributed to major national programmes including HS2, National Grid’s Great Grid Partnership, National Highways’ A66 Northern Trans Pennine route and TfL’s Northern Line Extension. He is known for his structured approach, bringing clarity, control and momentum to complex programmes.
