Paul provides strategic and technical expertise across the full project lifecycle, including preparation of initial cost advice, feasibility studies, option studies, value engineering, cost in use studies, life cycle costing, preparation of cost plans, contract advice, tender documentation, tender evaluation, post-contract financial control, agreement of final accounts and settlement of claims.
