Pete is an MEP cost management specialist with 40 years' experience in mechanical and electrical services, including over 20 years at Ridge and a decade as Pre-Construction Director for a national main contractor. He has expertise in commercial fit out and re-development, having led the MEP cost management on a nationwide programme for a national banking group. Also, in education sector delivery, having managed M&E cost management across a national portfolio under DfE frameworks from 2014 to 2023, including zero carbon and modular schemes. Pete's design and pre-construction background gives clients a distinct advantage when developing design solutions and procurement strategies, underpinned by expert knowledge of the MEP supply chain. He is known for his strategic input and collaborative approach.
