Phil is a client focussed leader with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for a wide range of clients. As a partner at Ridge and head of the Reading project management team, Phil has nearly 30 years' experience in the industry, including more than 25 years at Ridge, delivering complex public and private sector projects across the heritage and conservation, retail, education, commercial, residential, infrastructure, telecoms and public sectors. Phil is also a chartered building surveyor which provides his excellent technical knowledge. He has extensive experience across project management, contract administration, employer's agent and client representative roles, with strong expertise in JCT & NEC contracts on projects ranging up to £150M. Phil combines technical depth with commercial awareness and well-developed people skills, bringing a highly adaptable and personal approach to every commission. Phil is known for his enthusiasm, collaborative style and consistent track record of delivering successful outcomes across a broad range of project types and procurement routes.
