Ralph is a chartered project manager specialising in the delivery of complex, interdisciplinary infrastructure solutions for defence and security clients across projects and programmes of all scales. He has particular expertise in training facilities and airfield environments, with a strong track record of delivering transformative change programmes that meet clients' strategic objectives. Ralph has worked with some of the sector's most prominent organisations, including QinetiQ, DIO, Lockheed Martin and Babcock, leading diverse, interdisciplinary teams to deliver lasting client value across the full project lifecycle. Ralph is known for his strategic leadership and ability to align complex infrastructure delivery with long-term organisational objectives. Ralph holds RIBA and ARB memberships, is a Member of the APM (MAPM), and holds a BA (Hons), BArch(Manc) and MBA.
