Richard is a chartered surveyor (MRICS) with 30 years’ experience. Richard is a partnerresponsible for the management of building surveying Oxford, health and safety and geo-spatial teams at Ridge. He has extensive property management, project management and lead consultant experience within construction. Richard has been the framework manager for the foreign and commonwealth office / crown global services and UKAEA providing senior contact for a wide scope of construction and property management. He brings over a decade of senior management experience.
