Rob is a chartered engineer with nearly 40 years’ experience delivering infrastructure, flood management and transportation services across diverse market sectors. He has experience in major highways, flood defences and river diversions. Rob excels in the strategic management, planning and successful delivery of infrastructure for major mixed-use developments, with a particular skill for revitalising brownfield sites. He is highly regarded for his ability to identify and assess abnormal engineering costs throughout the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from due diligence and site acquisition through to planning, design and delivery. He holds a BSc (Hons) in civil engineering and is a member of the Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (FICE).
