Rosie is a chartered engineer and fellow of the Institution of structural engineers - MEng (Hons) CEng FIStructE. Rosie has gained strong technical and leadership skills over a diverse career, meaning she is uniquely placed to build personable stakeholder relationships and deliver complex projects from concept to completion with pride. Whether it’s a £250M hospital development or a smaller building reuse scheme, Rosie thrives on the challenge of finding the optimum technical design, whilst also creating an integrated and elegant offering. Rosie takes a leading role in the development of sustainable civil and structural engineering. She chairs the civil and structural sustainability group and is a leading voice in sector-wide initiatives such as the declare movement. She is committed to driving down the embodied carbon costs of our buildings & infrastructure as well as developing strategies to optimise biodiversity.
