Samuel is the advanced manufacturing sector lead, drawing on more than 15 years of experience. He began his career as a mechanical engineer, developing manufacturing lines before moving into major construction programmes in the automotive and battery sectors, delivering projects valued at over £1 billion. This has given him extensive experience delivering capital works programmes across advanced manufacturing, both as a client and as a consultant. His portfolio includes Jaguar Land Rover, Agratas, the UK Battery Industrialisation Centre and Formula One schemes, contributing to several UK firsts. In his strategic leadership role, Sam champions the sector’s capabilities and brings a collaborative, success‑focused approach. He is passionate about highly technical projects and leading Ridge's strategy and continued growth in the sector.
