Sam is an architecturally trained chartered structural engineer with over 20 years of professional experience. Sam leads our Bristol structural and civil engineering team, working with planners and main contractors to offer a full spectrum of structures and civils services, including engineering, design and risk management. He is an experienced leader, having delivered complex interdisciplinary projects and managed diverse, specialist engineering and consultancy teams, with a strong collaborative, inclusive and team-based ethos. Sam has a raft of experience in the design of buildings and infrastructure projects in the public and private sectors. His portfolio includes the design of new build and complex refurbishment projects ranging in value between £50,000 to £250 million, with specific experience in the education, healthcare, sports, retail, commercial, industrial and residential market
