Simon is a chartered quantity surveyor, BSc (Hons), MRICS, with over 30 years’ experience in the property and construction industry, 20 years of which are with Ridge. Simon is responsible for the commercial cost management team from the Reading office, and is focused on building client and consultant relationships across the industry. Simon has a wide variety of experience and provides a broad level of construction advice in the commercial, industrial, residential, leisure and finance sectors. He has a passion for problem solving and the delivery of projects and provides project management, employer’s agent, contract administration, cost management and development monitoring services as well as being a key member of the commercial sector group.
