Steve is a cost management specialist and a contract administrator with extensive experience in pre‑ and post‑contract services, delivering projects between £2 million and £130 million. He works across the residential retail, commercial, education and leisure sectors, with particular focus on high-end prime residential projects. Steve specialises in providing indicative cost modelling, alternative design solutions, cost‑benefit analysis and value‑engineering advice. His portfolio includes a €120 million super‑prime residential estate in the South of France and an £80 million Westway Place mixed‑use development in Oxford. Approachable and proactive, Steve collaborates with design consultants and clients to deliver projects that meet cost, quality and programme goals. He holds a BSc (Hons) and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
