Tim has an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of pre- and post-contract quantity surveying. He is directly involved with clients advising on all aspects of the project, especially procurement, contractual and cost advice. Tim has a wealth of experience in providing project costings from initial feasibility studies and estimates to detailed cost planning on a wide range of projects. This extends to post-contract services in a range of market sectors. He is a results-driven, self-motivated and resourceful quantity surveyor working as part of a busy team, effectively managing all costs relating to building projects. A strong team player who is enthusiastic about customer care and providing timely, accurate information to support informed decision-making for the projects. Tim is responsible for ensuring projects continue to meet clients’ aspirations to budget and on time, through regular contact with project teams and clients. This role requires preparation and review of contract documentation, tender documents and project cost plans, identifying efficiencies where applicable whilst acting as a single point of contact for the client, project teams, and partners.
