Tom is a chartered building surveyor and project manager with 30 years of experience. He has extensive experience across public and private sectors and specialises in the delivery of interdisciplinary projects for blue light clients. Tom also has a wealth of experience managing the delivery of building surveying professional services, including dilapidations, condition surveys, planned maintenance programmes for education and retail clients, and undertaking development monitoring for commercial projects. Having spent 20 years with Ridge, Tom now leads the building surveying team in the Cheltenham office. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Technical Safety Practitioner with the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
