Wayne is a chartered surveyor with over 20 years’ experience delivering projects in the UK and overseas across diverse sectors, with project values ranging from £1 million to £200 million. He specialises in defence, data centres, motorsport and two‑stage procurement. Wayne brings extensive expertise across both pre‑ and post‑contract duties, advising clients from early feasibility and cost planning through procurement, valuations and final accounts. His knowledge spans JCT and NEC contracts and a wide range of procurement strategies, enabling robust commercial control and clear cost certainty. Wayne is known for his dependable leadership and his ability to guide clients confidently through every stage of delivery. He holds a BSc (Hons) and ECC Project Manager accreditation.
