Adam is a resourceful project manager with a design background and a strong interest in the technical side of construction. He delivers projects across defence, healthcare and medical manufacturing, bringing experience that spans satellite production in Belgium to aseptic pharmacy facilities in Southampton. His work is recognised for its clarity, rigour and ability to navigate complex, highly regulated environments. Adam chairs the national resourcing group at Ridge, shaping the development of the wider project and programme delivery discipline. He believes in empowered teams and is committed to supporting emerging project management talent at Ridge, creating opportunities for growth and development for all. He holds a BSc (Hons) in building surveying and is a Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM).
