Adrian is a chartered building surveyor with over 25 years' experience in the property and construction industry, both in the private and public sectors. He is the head of the building surveying discipline at Ridge, with particular expertise in the commercial, leisure and education sectors. Adrian's varied experience includes traditional surveying services such as due diligence, acquisition surveys, dilapidations and maintenance planning; architectural design for a wide range of refurbishment and conversion projects; and project management and contract administration roles.
His approach combines technical expertise with practical delivery, ensuring clients receive comprehensive advice across all aspects of building surveying. Adrian works collaboratively with clients and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
