Adrian is a chartered quantity surveyor and chartered arbitrator with over 30 years' experience and as Senior Partner, Adrian is responsible for Ridge’s strategic direction, growth and service excellence. He has been instrumental in shaping Ridge's evolution, securing key talent, leading acquisitions to broaden the firm's discipline portfolio, and developing alternative procurement strategies that expand the range of services offered to clients. Adrian oversees business development nationally and internationally, ensuring consistent best practice delivery across all offices and sectors. His deep client relationships, built over three decades, remain central to Ridge's reputation and continued growth. Adrian is known for his strategic vision, commercial acumen and the trusted relationships he has built with clients and colleagues throughout his career. Adrian holds MRICS and MCIArb qualifications.
