He has a strong track record of delivering critical infrastructure for major public and private sector clients, including Thames Water, Welsh Water, the Environment Agency, Transport for Wales and Network Rail. Alastair has held senior leadership roles including head of project and programme management and cost centre lead, and was part of the team recognised with a Construction Excellence Award in Wales for improved data accessibility. Alastair is known for championing collaboration and continuous improvement, aligning closely with clients to navigate complex regulatory environments and drive consistent, high-quality delivery.
