Andrew is a chartered building surveyor (FRICS); Alumni of King's College (Master's in Construction Law & Arbitration), having in excess of 30 years of professional building surveying experience. Regularly advising a wide range of blue-chip and public sector clients on a variety of construction types, property periods and sectors.  Specialisms include dilapidations and building pathology, working with interdisciplinary teams.
